ABOUT US

Victoria Transcultural Clinical Center (VTCC) is a private, for-profit, multicultural mental health agency that has been in operation for over a decade. Our programs are open to underserved children, youth, and families located in the Northern Virginia area who are Medicaid or County funded (FAPT). Our programs currently include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or EPSDT, and Home-Based Intensive In-Home Services (HB).

Who we serve

It is the mission of VTCC to provide effective cross cultural home based services and treatment to local families from a range of diverse cultural, ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds, whose children are experiencing significant behavioral or emotional difficulties, or have been subjected to abuse or neglect and are at high risk of being removed from the family home. Programs we offer

ABA/EPSDT services
Our Applied Behavior Analysis/EPSDT program for children and adolescents, utilizes an evidence-based approach that targets the functional behavior and social skills building of clients within the autism spectrum, or with developmental and cognitive delays. Family members and caregivers training and counseling on the implementation of the behavior treatment plan is included as part of the ABA services offered by VTCC, under the clinical supervision of a Licensed Behavior Analyst. Medicaid Intensive In- Home Services
A medical approach for children, adolescents under the age of 21. Services are provided to children and adolescents under 21 years of age, considered to be at risk of out-of-home placement (hospitalization, residential or juvenile detention) due to intense, frequent and severe behavioral difficulties, or to facilitate the transition to home after discharge or release.
